Program for Instructional Innovation
Instructional Innovation Grants
Request for Proposals
The Program for Instructional Innovation is pleased to announce our 2nd Annual Instructional Innovation Grants Program. This year, we are giving priority to grants that address one of three curricular themes:
- Service Learning
- Writing Across the Curriculum/Writing in the Discipline
- Blended/Hybrid Course Designs
However, we also welcome proposals for other classroom innovations and for course and programmatic assessments of student learning intended to shape future practice.
The grant proposals will be peer reviewed by OU faculty. Proposals are due on Feb 28, 2008. The proposals will be reviewed in March. The review process will be a blind review by teams of three OU faculty members. Notice of Award will be sent in April and funding will be provided beginning in Fall 2008. Below is additional information on the grants.
